An artist's work transformed by grief
When her husband died, it took two years for Teresa Klein Richter to begin painting again, and how her grief transformed her painting and it sounds like her painting transformed her grief.
But there was only a tiny photograph so I went looking. I didn't find much but did find two in Chapel Hill Magazine.

It never ceases to amaze me how much beauty and growth can come out of the deep suffering death and grief delivers.
